We want you to love your RIXO pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security tags remain attached and the garment is protected.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
